VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO
DENOMINAZIONE DI ORIGINE CONTROLLATA

 

Area of production:
Vineyards are situated in the Valpolicella Classico area

Grape varietals:
Corvina 65%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara, Rossignola and Negrara 10%

Vinification:
Skin – contact maceration for 12 days, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks


TASTING NOTE:

It has a brillant red colour, with hints  of cherries and raspberries at the nose. In the mouth it is dry, with good fresh acidity, soft tannins and ample fruit

 

Alcohol 12% by vol.
