Vinification:
Cold maceration followed by soft pressing and fermentation at 17-20° C. in stainless steel tanks
TASTING NOTE:
It has a straw yellow with green highlights.
Hints of flowers and newly-mown hay at the nose.
Lugana is tangy and refreshing, with a well-balanced mix of floral, vegetal and fruity sensations as well as elegant mineral hints in the aftertaste.
