Corvina 55%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 15%
Traditionally, Chiaretto is obtained by cold maceration of the must on the skins for a single night. Fermentation at controlled temperature 17°-20°. It naturally refines in the bottle.
Delicate scents of berry fruits and wild flowers. In the mouths it shows juicy, red berry-like sensations, combined with a youthful, appealing freshness and a very easy-drinking style.
