Vineyards are located in the hills sorrounding Cavaion Veronese, in the heart of the Bardolino Classico area
Corvina 65%, Rondinella 15%, Cabernet 10%, Merlot 10%
Skin – contact maceration for 10 days, fermentation at controlled temperature between 22°and 25°. It matures for 6/8 months in large oak barrels. Further refinement for three months in the bottles.
Deep ruby red with notes of fruit of the forest. Dry and harmonious with almond aftertaste in the mouth. This is the first red d.o.c.g. wine in the region of Veneto. It is suitable for ageing.
